BRISBANE (ICIS)--Singapore exported 226,920 tonnes of base oils in August, down by 34% month on month, official data showed on Tuesday.
On a year-on-yeas basis, the city-state’s base oils shipments increased by 36% year on year in August, according to International Enterprise (IE) Singapore.
For the first eight months of 2013, Singapore’s base oils exports declined by 11% year on year to 1.61m tonnes.
Singapore imported 66,186 tonnes of base oils in August, up by10% from July.
