SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Sinochem Group has signed a three-year agreement to purchase 600,000 tonnes of fertilizer annually from Jordan-based Arab Potash Company (APC), the Chinese group said over the weekend.
The deal covers 2014 to 2016, with sale prices of the fertilizer subject to market conditions, according to a Sinofert Holdings' statement dated 22 September posted on Sinochem's website.
Sinofert Holdings is a member of Sinochem Group.
“The two parties [Sinochem and APC] will review the prices on a semi-annual basis,” APC said in a separate statement.
