SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Wison Engineering announced on Thursday the successful commercial start-up of a methanol-to-olefins (MTO) plant that it designed for its sister company.
The plant located at the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park is owned by Wison (Nanjing) Clean Energy.
With planned annual production of 300,000 tonnes of ethylene/propylene, the MTO plant employs Wison Engineering’s technology, and the first in the world to apply advanced Honeywell UOP industrial MTO technology, according to the company.
