Azot Severodonetsk holds turnaround at acetic acid and VAM plants

LONDON (ICIS)--Ukraine-based Azot Severodonetsk has begun a turnaround at its acetic acid and vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) units, a source close to the company said on Thursday.

The dates of the turnaround were not disclosed.

The source had previously confirmed that the acetic acid plant at Severodonetsk has a nameplate capacity of 150,000 tonnes/year, while the VAM plant has a nameplate capacity of 35,000 tonnes/year.
