SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China's Ningbo Heyuan restarted its 400,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant in Zhejiang province on 27 September, a company source said.
The plant was shut on 18 September because of feedstock shortage.
The PP plant is currently running at full capacity, producing PP raffia yarn, the company source added.
