SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China's Datang International Power Generation shut its two polypropylene (PP) lines with a total capacity of 500,000 tonnes/year in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on 16 October, a company source said.
The two PP lines will be shut down for four days on unit failure, the source added.
Despite the short duration of maintenance, market supply for PP Yarn is expected to be affected because of the large capacity of the two lines.
