EU polyols exports in July, Aug fall significantly, imports mixed

LONDON (ICIS)--Polyols exports from the EU to the rest of the world dropped significantly year on year in both July and August while imports showed a mixed picture, according to Eurostat data released on Monday.

In July 2013, exports from the EU to the rest of the world decreased by 9.05% and dropped 20.46% in August.

In July 2013, imports from outside the region into the EU fell by 4.27% but rose by 18.77% in August.
