EU PP imports in July, August rise slightly, exports fall

DUSSELDORF (ICIS)--EU polypropylene (PP) imports showed little change in July and August 2013, compared with the same months in 2012 (see table), according to data from statistics agency Eurostat on Monday.

However, exports dropped by 9.41% in July 2013 compared with July 2012, and by 4.82% in August 2013 compared with August 2012.

Eurostat import/export data is subject to revision as more detailed information becomes available.
