MOSCOW (ICIS)--Uzbekistan's overall production of fertilizers was largely down in January-September, according to the country's statistical agency announcement released on Wednesday.
In January-September 2013, the country's total output of mineral fertilizers was down by 11.4% year on year at 846,500 tonnes, according to the agency.
Nitrogen fertilizers production was 13.4% down year on year at 648,600 tonnes, the agency said.
Phosphate fertilizers output amounted to 122,000 tonnes, or 4.3% up year on year, while production of potash was 15% down year on year at 75,900 tonnes, it added.
