LONDON (ICIS)--A second European monoethylene glycol (MEG) October contract has been agreed at €985/tonne ($1,368/tonne), down by €53/tonne from September, a major producer said on Tuesday.
The settlement, agreed on a free delivered (FD) northwest Europe (NWE) basis, was between the major producer and a major consumer and follows the initial settlement agreed on Monday.
Confirmation from the consumer is still pending.
