SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical is expected to shut its 1.2m tonne/year naphtha cracker for scheduled maintenance in the second quarter of next year, a source familiar with the company said on Wednesday.
The source did not provide details regarding the turnaround dates.
Market sources said the cracker has been running at reduced rates of around 80% because of technical issues.
