SINGAPORE (ICIS)--AkzoNobel is running its 80,000 tonne/year ethanolamines plant at Ningbo in Zhejiang, China, at 60-70% capacity, a source close to the Dutch-headquartered producer said on Tuesday.

Supply of ethanolamines remained ample in the country, leading to weakened domestic prices in recent weeks, market participants said.
