Taiwan’s TSRC to restart BR plant on 10 November after maintenance

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan Synthetic Rubber Corp (TSRC) is expected to restart its 60,000 tonne/year butadiene rubber (BR) plant in Kaohsiung on 10 November, a company source said on Friday.

The plant was shut on 21 October for maintenance.

On 7 November, BR prices were assessed at $2,050-2,150/tonne (€1,517-1,591/tonne) CFR  CFR (cost and freight) northeast (NE) Asia, unchanged from the previous week, according to ICIS data.
