SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea’s Lotte Chemical Corp will soon restart its 50,000 tonne/year ethanolamines plant at Jiaxin city in China following an unplanned turnaround, a source close to the company said on Tuesday.

The plant was taken off line last week because of technical issues, the source said.

“It is likely that the plant will be restarted this week,” the source said.
