India’s Reliance sells 55,000 tonnes of naphtha for late November

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has sold 55,000 tonnes of paraffinic and heavy full-range naphtha supplies for loading from Sikka in late November, traders said on Thursday.

The deal for the cargo, which was purchased by trading firm Mercuria, was done at a premium of around $30/tonne ($22/tonne) to FOB (free on board) Middle East quotes, they added.

Previously, Reliance sold a 55,000 tonne naphtha cargo to trading firm Glencore for loading from Sikka on 8-12 November, at Middle East quotes FOB pricing plus $16/tonne.
