SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea’s Hanwha Chemical is running its 80,000 tonne/year phthalic anhydride (PA) plant in Ulsan at full capacity after restarting the unit on 11 November, a company source said on Friday.

The plant was taken off line on 28 October for regular maintenance, the source said.
