SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Far Eastern Industries (Shanghai) Ltd is running its two polyester lines at around 70% of capacity after a recent turnaround, a company source said on Friday.
The two lines, which have a combined capacity of 540,000 tonne/year, were taken off line on 18 October.
The 120,000 tonne/year line restarted on 20 November, while the bigger 420,000 tonne/year line resumed production earlier on 31 October, the source said.
