SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Shandong Qisheng Industry & Trade plans to restart its 70,000 tonne/year Group I base oils plant at Zibo in Shandong province on 10 December, a company source said on Wednesday.
The plant was shut early in November because of an issue with the unit’s catalyst.
Commercial supply is expected to be available in the middle of December, the source said.
Shandong Qisheng Industry & Trade mainly produces Group I N40, N60, SN150 and SN350 base oils.
