SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Yanan Refinery has shut its 100,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) unit in Shaanxi province on 6 December because of feedstock shortage, a company source said on Tuesday.
The company plans to restart the plant on 12 December, the source added.
Its other 200,000 tonne/year PP unit at the same site is currently producing PP yarn.
