LONDON (ICIS)--Russian producer Gazprom Neft has increased paraffin wax output at its Omsk refinery, a source at the company said on Wednesday.
The refinery’s capacity for unrefined slack wax has increased from 500 tonnes/month to 2,200 tonnes/month.
The source said the first shipment since the expansion took place in November. However, a slack wax trader said it did not expect to feel the effects in the market until 2014.
