EU October ethylene imports increase 48% year on year

LONDON (ICIS)--Ethylene imports into the EU from the rest of the world were up by 48% in October compared with the same month last year, according to Eurostat data released on Thursday.

Imports in October totalled 51,655 tonnes, up by 47% from September 2013.

October exports totalled 6,588 tonnes, which was up 14% compared with September 2013.
