China's Sinopec Changling to start refinery turnaround in March '14

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Sinopec Changling plans to shut its 160,000 bbl/day refinery at Yueyang in Hunan province for maintenance from 18 March next year, a company source said on Monday.

The turnaround at the site is expected to last about 45 days, the source said.

The refinery site produces 130,000 tonnes/year of polypropylene (PP), 100,000 tonnes/year of solvent oils and more than 140,000 tonnes/year of aromatics, among other products, according to the company’s website.
