Taiwan’s FPCC settles February BD contract at $1,365/tonne

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s Formosa Petrochemical Corp (FPCC) has settled its February butadiene (BD) contract price at $1,365/tonne, down by $28/tonne from the previous month, a company source said on Friday.

Its January contract was settled at $1,393 pipeline DEL (delivered).

The company’s monthly BD contract price is settled on a retroactive basis, and is roughly based on the average spot prices of that particular month.
