HOUSTON (ICIS)--One worker was killed in an accident at Sierra Chemical on Friday in Sparks, Nevada, local police said.
A tank containing compressed air had exploded, killing one employee. No other injuries were reported and there was no fire, according to the Sparks Police Department.
Local police and the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are investigating.
