Dutch chemicals output drops 6.1% in September

LONDON (ICIS news)--Dutch average daily chemical output fell 6.1% year-on-year in September in the third consecutive month of decline, Statistics Netherlands said on Friday.
September production fell 2.8% compared to August figures, it added.
By product group, production of basic chemicals dropped by 8.5% year-on-year and was 3.2% lower than August figures.
Output of chemical products increased 1.6% over September 2007 and was up by 2.5% on the previous month.
