HOUSTON (ICIS)--US February ethylene contracts were fully settled at a 1.4% drop as spot prices remained low on Thursday, sources said.
Market players said the 0.50 cent/lb ($11/tonne) drop in February contracts was in line with market expectations, as spot prices have been low on long supply, particularly in Texas.
The February settlement of 34.75 cents/lb is 30% lower year on year from 49.50 cents/lb in February 2014.more >>
