Purchasing Magazine's Business Intelligence Center offers market intelligence and data on a range of US industrial sectors, including chemicals.

This web-based subscription service offers current prices, indexes tracking buyers' pricing expectations, product supply conditions and business tracking indexes on metals and metal products, electronic equipment and devices, and a selection of chemicals. Data is tabulated across the US economy although some regional data is available.

  • Buyers' Outlook predictions of 30-day price trends for more than 160 commonly purchased industrial products.

  • Product Leadtimes tracking national average delivery speeds for more than 160 commonly purchased industrial products.

  • Business Indexes compiling current order rates, buyers' inventory strategies and forward buying plans
