The Donwell Company, a licensed TEFLON applicator, is skilled in the application of all DuPont Fluoropolymer coatings. The company has had experience in applying a wide variety of high-performance coatings from other manufacturers as well. Donwell is approved to apply coatings to meet many aerospace, medical, industrial and military specifications.*Donwell applies uniform coatings of dry film lubricants to tolerances from .0002 inch to .0005 inch, to provide corrosion-resistant properties and stability over a wide temperature range. Dielectric coatings applied by Donwell, which meet the requirements of MIL-E-5272, combine high electrical insulation with excellent heat transfer, ideal for heatsinks, semiconductors and printed circuit boards. Coatings utilized by the company all exhibit different degrees of chemical resistance, permeability, non-sticking, non-wetting, unique electrical properties, low coefficient of friction, heat-resistance, chemical-resistance and cryogenic stability.
