Polydon has up to date solid modelling and cad-cam design and manufacturing software which uses integrated manufacturing software to produce accurate information for quotations and manufacturing. Large manufacturing facilities with laser cutting, tube laser cutting, sawing, shearing and profiling for processing steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Materials can be machined and formed using CNC machining centres and CNC pressbrakes. Fabrication departments can MIG, TIG, and robot weld assemblies to make up complete chassis, bulk solid/liquid tanks. Vehicles and structural steelwork to 10 tonnes. Polydon can shotblast; paint and powdercoat as well as assemble equipment and machinery into finished products.
