AMC are the UK's leaders in the refurbishment of rollers for folding machines rollers. *All makes, models and styles can be refurbished. Stahl, MBO, H&H, GUK, Faltex etc. All segmented and spiral rollers are cast in polyurethane and ground to give the *correct nip height. We also recover Moll style threaded rollers in nitrile rubber.Feed/transport wheels and suction drums are also recovered in polyurethane. A 2 day turnaround is offered to prior arrangement.We also have full engineering facilities for the production of new roller cores.We produce a range of rollers in conventional steel, aluminium, titanium and carbon fibre. Also we specialise in the production and refurbishment of Rilsan plastic coated rollers for offset litho printing *presses.This grade is specified by leading press manufacturers including Heidelberg and MAN Roland. AMC produce silicone covered rollers including laminating, labelling, foiling, prepress etc.
