Straight from the cow to biodisel

Over on Domestic fuel  there’s a piece about a tallow rendering plant giving? selling? its output to a biodiesel producer.

Is it any wonder that the price of tallow is rising globally? Will the refiners be paying the market rate for the tallow or are they getting it at a fixed price or free?

Tallow to Bio-Diesel is a natural. California outlawed trans fats, and opened the door to turning them into more bio-diesel.

I still like the idea of first using the oils for deep fat frying, then recycling the oil into Bio-diesel. That is a real two fer one.

    It all adds up.
