Basques to the fore with bioethanol

It seems that the Basque people of Northern Spain have decided it is time to move to biofuels, well at least their environmental department.

According to the a Basque technology website blog...

the Saab 9.5 Biopower will be the new fleet vehicle for the Basque Energy Authority (EEE-EVE). This vehicle can use bioethanol in its maximum fuel mixture – known as E85, given that it is made up of 85% bioethanol and 15% 95-octane conventional petrol.
