Reflections on Energy Awareness Month

I after sleeping on it I have decided that the whole idea of October being energy awareness month in the US is almost as lame as the EPA's energy awareness site site .

I mean, do me a favour, it sucks... like a Hoover. What about talking about some insulation, more efficient vehicles, less air con and less futile blah blah blah about turning your computers off. It might be important, but probably not as important as temperature control or a bill board advertising campaign to get the message across to people gridlocked in their inefficient oil burners.
Ok so Bush is as oily as an oily Texan oil man, but if he's promising money for research into biofuels he can't be completely bad... especially if he delivers
