Mozambique on the biofuels map

I've just come across a site from Mozambique outlining a range of biofuel crop options for that country. The organisation behind it Mozambique Bio-Fuel Industries, is promoting Jatropha and Cassava.

I wouldn't necessarily invest there myself. One of the interesting things about the Warsaw biofuels conference was the number of biofuels advisors who had come across exotic and not necessarily practical investment opportunities. Has anyone come across any too-good-to-be-true biofuel investment opportunities?

US Sustainable Energy Corporation? (USSEC.us). They claim to have developed a fuel that runs in both diesel and petrol/gasoline engines without alterations. Their 'Global Validation Demonstration' consists of running a couple of two-stroke engines on unidentifiable yellow liquids in front of a group of spectators somewhere in the Midwest...
