Plump birds help Texans into biodiesel

Texans like their thanksgiving turkey deep fried. Which produces large quantities of left over turkey fat according to this story from the Scotsman.com. Texans a chance to jump on to biodiesel bandwaggon. They don't say what kind of oil the birds were fried in though...
