Hopefully, Simon, you're less gullible than Biopact. They can dress this up however they wish for the Chilean newspapers and public, but they are doing this because they have decided to opt for full-fledged support of biofuel production. The special mixed commission that delivered policy recommendations in January said that if Chile is to make a go of it at all (and they expressed reservations, one of the requisites was tax breaks (another being mandatory blending).
