European Commissioners had a day thinking about biofuels yesterday:Peter Mandleson said that he's opposed to tariff barriers that protect European from potentially cheap imports of ethanol from places like Brazil. While Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner , who I'm sure hasn't been reading this blog about the Orag Utan, said she wants ethically sound biodiesel to be sold in the EU. They're at it today too, on the second day of the International conference on biofuels
