Can I make some BioDiesel? Nearly

I've been following JM Panton's attempts at home brewing in Reading, UK over the past couple of months. He's getting much closer now.

Simon, are you sure you should be encouraging impressionable young ICIS readers to try this dangerous stuff at home?

Barbara, the kids are already doing it. If anyone's going to be doing it safely, its going to be chemical engineers. They understand about the need for safety glasses and protective clothing.
