Panda ethanol gets permit

Panda Ethanol has got an air-quality permit, enabling it to proceed with a 115 million gallon/year ethanol plant that will use 38 million bushels of feedstock-grade corn at Muleshoe, Texas.
The firm will use cattle manure for power.
