Grow a 1000 acres of this algae then talk. Show the energy profit.
In the lab is not the same as in the farmers field.

David B. Benson:

32,000 km^2 isn't that much. All energy needs? Really?

Aha! Just transportation fuels.

VIBHUTI SHARMA:

Algae experiments have been going on for some time. Has Energy department shown any interest in it. I know they had a diatome lab in Arizona which has been shut down.
Love to hear about any move made by this administration in this direction.
