Comment on US proposals for E15

The US Environmental Protection Agency wants comments on proposals to increase the volume of ethanol blended into gasoline to 15% .

What I really want is to be able to purchase E30 or E40 for my 92 Chrysler. It loves the stuff. Sure, I will take what I can get and E15 is sure better than E10.
