Army food underwent the taste test in the offices of ICIS Chemical Business in New York this week and was judged to be “tasty” by editors Joe and Ivan. Illustrating an article on the importance of planning, but possibly just an excuse for dressing up in uniforms, the rations came courtesy of Neil Gussman, communications manager of the US-based non-profit Chemical Heritage Foundation, and a reservist with the US National Guard.
