ICIS is implementing a process of rolling consultation on all of its methodologies. This consultation paper is part of this formal process and covers all of the ICIS primary price points included in the daily European Spot Gas Markets (ESGM) report.
The consultation asked both general questions about the suitability of the ICIS methodology and questions addressing specific ESGM issues.

ICIS Decision
There were no formal responses to consultation GMC 15/16. ICIS will not be proposing any immediate changes to the methodology of the European Spot Gas Markets (ESGM) report. Any decision to change this methodology will be communicated to subscribers using the usual channels and with the usual notice period.
Equally, ICIS will move ahead with its plans to change the data series of the AOC to PVB. Assuming the relevant Spanish stakeholders continue with their intended market model switch on 1 October 2016, ESGM will rename its Spanish data to PVB from 3 October 2016.
ICIS continues to welcome any feedback on its European Spot Gas Markets methodology outside of the formal consultation process.
