The ICIS Ethyl Benzene report is published weekly in Europe and monthly in the US
- The report takes both the current spot levels for benzene and styrene into account as well as the monthly ethylene contract price and the Dollar to Euro exchange rate and formulates the cost of ethyl benzene production
- It allows the player to determine whether the EB route for styrene production is financially viable depending on where prices are for ethylene, benzene and styrene
- For Europe there is a spot range for FOB NWE prices
- In the US the spot price is on an FOB USG basis
