New Belgian code of conduct expected early 2007

28 Dec 2006 00:00:00

Belgian energy regulator CREG is gearing up to propose a new code of conduct early next year. A spokesman said that the regulator would publish new documents regarding to code in the “next few days”, although it seems unlikely that this would happen until after the New Year holiday.

The main sticking points that emerged during the public consultation, which closed in November, were access to the Zeebrugge hub and transit contracts (see ESGM 12.211). FS/IS
