Greece’s PPC to hike power prices by up to 10%
Greek power incumbent PPC looks set to raise its electricity prices by as much as 10%, as the Greek government said on Friday the company would be allowed to raise its fees.
The company had previously sought permission to raise prices by as much as 30%, but the state has decided to allow a tariff rise of 4-8% for low- to mid-voltage users and 10% for high voltage users, to take effect from Monday. FSJ
