ChemChina to spend $96 M to curb emissions

China National Chemical (ChemChina) has allocated Yuan 700 M
($96.3 M) for reducing emissions at more than 10 of its chlor-alkali plants
and refineries in 2008. The initiative is in line with the company's goal of
achieving zero emissions.
