Chemicals confidence is down - which might be exepcted - and projected growth rates are much lower than end-2007 forecasts. The problem is, the data probably don't tell the whole story. The industry faces some “very, very tough times indeed” one industry economist said this week. So who will best manage working capital and still achieve growth?
