Crude oil isn’t letting up and there are fears as to the sustainability of the aromatics value chain, especially in an environment of weak end-product demand.

What does the future hold for aromatics?

What does the future hold for aromatics? More plant closures downstream of styrene, and maybe some older styrene units in Europe will close in the next couple of years. They certainly should, but everyone has been saying that for years.
