I just need some help with my project. Currently i'm designing a plant and one of the by-product happens to be diethyl-benzene.
Do I just throw away the chemical or are there anyway to convert it to better use.

It might be worth keeping the diethylbenzene. In addition to solvent use, it can be used to make divinylbenzene which can be reacted with styrene to make polyester resins and ion exchange resins.
